We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Grant and Development Manager to join our team at DFEAL LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, writing grant proposals, and managing relationships with donors to support our organization’s mission and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Research potential funding sources, including government grants, private foundations, and corporate donors, to support DFEAL LLC’s programs and projects.
• Write compelling grant proposals and grant applications that effectively communicate our organization’s mission, goals, and impact.
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors and funding agencies, including stewardship activities such as donor communications and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop project budgets, timelines, and deliverables that align with grant requirements and objectives.
• Track and report on grant activity, including grant submissions, funding received, and program outcomes.
• Stay informed about funding trends, grant opportunities, and best practices in grant writing and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in grant writing, fundraising, or development, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify funding opportunities and develop persuasive grant proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, funding agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of grant management software and fundraising databases is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
